You can enrol and pay online by clicking on the ‘Enroll Now’ button next to your chosen training program. Alternatively, you can contact us at training@intellificial.com to help you with the enrolment.

Unfortunately, participants won’t be supplied with a laptop/desktop from us. To make the most out of the training, we require all participants to bring a laptop to our workshop (pre-installed with the programs necessary).

You will need to have specific software pre-installed for some of the courses. Please read the course outline and all course-related communications thoroughly.

Our virtual classes are delivered over Zoom platform. Facilitators and participants interact through audio and video.

Unfortunately, the course needs to be paid in full via the Stripe payment method.

We understand that circumstances may change; we are happy to offer you one of the following options:
1) You can partially attend the course, and on the dates you’ve missed, we can reserve your spot in our next course.
2) We can reserve your spot in the next course that comes around.
3) We also allow candidate substitution. Please refer our Terms & Conditions for details.

Instructions regarding how to connect to online courses will be sent to participants via email, 24-48 hours before the class commences. Please monitor your email inbox around this time. There is no need to do anything before you receive these instructions.

Our online classes are taught in an interactive instructor led format and participants need to be available at the scheduled time to participate in their class. Unfortunately, we do not provide session recordings at this stage.

Yes, we provide training completion certificate to our candidates.
